Appearance
Even though her mother is a redhead, Lana inherited her father's dark brown. Her eyes are bright blue just like her mother though. Her features are more elvish then anything. She doesn't have as pointy of ears but they are rounded so to speak. She gets her height from her elvish side, only standing about five feet four inches. She likes to dress like a lady as much as possible, so her wardrobe consists mainly of billowing skirts and dresses. She has trousers but she only wears them if she's hunting. She looks a bit younger then 23 but it's simply because of her heritage. She has a light sprinkling of freckles across the bridge of her nose and on her forehead. But even with those she seems eerily flawless with wide eyes and a surreal smile.

Alana is a very bright girl. Her mother always taught her the importance of an education, even beyond Fae and Elf standards. She'll read any book she can get her hands on and she loves talking about history. She loves talking in general. She could talk to you for hours when you get to know her. She's very sharp tongued and likes to tease people, but she's very easily teased herself. She likes bad jokes because often if you say something she's not familiar with it goes over her head. Some say she thinks too much, which is true. She tends to worry about those closest to her. Lana is very musical. She sings all the time, knows how to play the harp and guitar. She loves a good performance and will often jump in. She is a little iffy on close friendships though. She likes to keep everything casual. She has her parents after all, it's not like she needs anyone else that close to her in her mind. Her magic comes in handy for her and she'll often offer her services for a nice necklace or some pretty bauble. She's a nice mix of her mother and father who are complete opposites. She might be a little care free but when it is time for a serious conversation or plan of action, she won't let anything distract her. Her

Kimber and Blake Faire fell in love in the most odd of ways. Two different species, two totally different personalities, no one ever thought they would last. She didn't even think she wanted him. But Blake wore Kimber down and they fell in love. They had a son a few years after and soon after that had Alana. Everything was happy for the family until their son was twelve and disappeared. No one knows what happened to him, whether he was kidnapped or ran away to join some bad crowd. Her parents eventually never mentioned it. Her father once said it was because it upset her mother too much. She grew up well despite it and when she was old enough to leave she was reluctant to go far. So she simply made her own home a handful of miles from her parents home. She's never really been out of the Cremea Woodlands. She's been their all her life. But now she's gotten an itch to see more of the world. She wants to experience other things, other people. Maybe even solve the mystery of her brother. But she's comfortable and a little reluctant to go it alone.
