``What does the Character look like?;; Merc is a 6 foot man with piercing green eyes, short dark black hair and a look to him that seems to be constantly somber and calm. He dresses rather well due to his large amounts of education and well upbringing. He has a formal air to him that brings others to feel natural around him. He however, rarely smiles. He has a lean build to him and keeps his face clean shaven. He has a single long scar that stretches from the top of his cheekbone to the bottom of his chin.



Personality

``Dislikes;; Being nagged, women hanging over him, people trying to get things from him

``Strengths;; Merc is an amazing thinker, and is capable of coming up with plans and ideas that others wouldn't even hope to try and come up with. His brain seems to always be going, and he has a resolve that can't be broken. He seems to have something at the forefront of his mind at all times. He is also an excellent liar and trickster. Good at running too.

``Weaknessess;; Merc is limited to only medical magic. He isn't very good at fighting either

``Fears;; That people will one day find out who he really is and have him killed.

``Secrets;; Merc is a serial killer. He hosts parties, or attends parties, lures an unsuspecting woman or man to come to his home for drinks and murders them. He also enjoys to dance on occasion

``Personality;; What are they like? Merc is a very straightforward person deep down, but outwardly, he's highly social and charming. He is highly dignified, and loves to bring out the best in people. When a problem arises, he loves to make them figure it out for themselves rather than tell them the answer himself. Oh and Mercutio has a slight case being a Sociopath with no conscience.

``History;; Merc was born into a family of promise, given the title of Nobleman thanks to his father's place at the region's side. Over the years, Mercutio gained an almost obsessive interest in the human body and spent much of his teenage years at the morgue with other doctors, trying to figure out how the body works through dissection.

He spent much of his adult life working for the country by helping out with diplomatic matters with the Empire, and helping officials to tell the difference from homicide and brutal accidents. Merc became something of the city prodigy, known for his bright intelligence. Needless to say, with his fascination with the human body came something rather dangerous. Mercutio began running experiments on live subjects. Killing them once they were done with and burning them in a forest behind his parent's home.

Mercutio made a fatal mistake of burning a rather powerful nobel's daughter back there however and when a specific necklace was found in the ashes, Mercutio's Father was held responsible. Mercutio managed to pin the blame squarely on him and stood with stony face as his father was hung for his treachery.

Now Mercutio continues his work with the guard and as an emissary for the Regent.
